Dear Farmers, Food Vendors, Artisans,


The Hall County Farmers Market invites you to apply to be a vendor at our 1st Annual Holiday Gift Bazaar and Farmers Market on November 16, 2019. 


The event will be held at The Hall County Farmers Market, 734 E. Crescent Dr., Gainesville Ga 30501 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.


This event will establish a great reputation for a one-stop shopping experience where people can find unique, home-spun gifts at reasonable prices for everyone on their Christmas list. Also, local produce and other local food can be purchased just in time for Thanksgiving.


Each vendor must reside in either Hall County or an adjacent county or a county that touches that one.

The items must be made or grown by the vendor. No buy and re-sale items.


Please fill out and mail the application. Include TWO checks! made out to Hall County Farmers Market. Application fee of $10 is non-refundable. Booth fee is $20 and will either be deposited upon your acceptance or returned to you if declined.


This is a juried event due to limited space. In order to be successful, a mix of different types of crafts and products must be maintained. New crafts will be accepted to keep the selections exciting for customers.

Receipt of your application & fee does NOT guarantee acceptance. If your application is declined, your booth fee check will be returned to you.

Deadline for registration is October 15.


You will receive a confirmation letter and set-up instructions before the event.

All arts, and crafts must be made by the vendor. Space is very limited. Arts and crafts will be juried by the Hall County Farmers Market for acceptance. Rejected applicants will have booth fee returned to them. Application fee is non-refundable. All value-added food must have a Food Sales Establishment License or Cottage Food License.  Submit copy with application. Vendors are responsible for abiding by all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Payment must accompany application.

The undersigned does hereby discharge, release, and hold harmless Hall County Farmers Market, Gainesville Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Dept., and the City of Gainesville for loss, theft, damage, or destruction; nor for injury to himself/herself, or employees in the show area. The undersigned hereby certifies that all displayed work is original and created by the seller. Participant understands that any commercially produced item on display can cause expulsion from show. I give permission for my art and booth to be used as advertisement for the show.
